This CD presents the last recording session made by guitarist/singer J.B. Lenoir before his untimely death in 1967 at age 38. It was previously available only in Germany as two LPs and has never been released in the U.S. in any form. Lenoir delivers a modern style of acoustic blues, enhanced by the drumming of the great Fred Below and supervised by the legendary Willie Dixon. Lenoir was at the height of his abilities when these, his final recordings, were made.
